Is it a free trial or a free plan?
Both, in order. Your first 30 days run on a full Starter trial (250 conversations, 30 requests, no card). After 30 days it settles onto the Free plan (50 conversations/mo, 5 requests total — one-time, not monthly) unless you upgrade. You are never charged automatically.
What is a "conversation" versus a "request"?
A conversation is one visitor chat session, however many messages it holds. A request is one deal — whether your AI agent captured it or you added it manually; paid plans reset monthly, Free is 5 total. You can see live usage in your dashboard, and top up with packs if you run low.
Will the AI say something wrong to my client?
It only answers from your own catalogue, and every service can be set to hold-for-approval or auto-send. Anything off-book it hands to you instead of guessing.
Do I need WordPress, or a developer?
Neither. There is a one-click WordPress plugin, plus a snippet for any site and shareable links and QR codes. Most people are live in about five minutes.
Which countries does e-invoicing support?
