Reqme uses AI to help service providers and their clients — for example,
an AI assistant on public request pages, and AI-assisted generation of proposals,
contracts and invoices. This page explains, in plain language, how your data is
handled. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
This content is transmitted through our AI processing gateway to AI model
providers (currently OpenAI and Google)
solely to generate a response. Please do not include sensitive
personal information in messages you send to the assistant.
We apply automated redaction of certain contact details (email addresses and
phone numbers) to content used to generate documents and to stored logs. This is
not comprehensive: it does not remove names, addresses or other
personal data, and messages you send to the assistant may be processed by the
model in full. Do not include information you would not want processed.
AI interaction records containing your messages are, by default, retained for
up to 30 days and deleted on a daily schedule thereafter. Some
account plans may retain conversation history longer as part of the service; see
the Privacy Policy retention section.
We do not use your personal data to train AI models. We may use
aggregated, anonymised data to improve our features.
AI outputs assist, and do not replace, human decision-making. Where a decision
is based solely on automated processing and produces legal or similarly
significant effects, you may request human review.
Where identity or bank-document verification uses automated text extraction, document images are processed in memory for extraction only and are not stored in Reqme’s file storage. Identity verification, where required, is performed by our verification provider on their own hosted page. Where it includes a facial liveness and face-match check — which uses biometric data, a special category under GDPR — that check is carried out by the provider, who obtains your explicit consent at that point; Reqme receives only the verification result (pass or fail), not your biometric data.
